Organisational Consultation

Consultancy takes the form of an advisory and facilitative role to help you access your own expertise in your own organisation. Consultations involve an assessment phase leading to a recommended intervention and then a three month, six month and one year follow-up consultation service to review effectiveness of the suggested intervention.
